Thomas L Barter AIA, PE, PMP
Thomas has been a Lead Engineer, Architect, Project Manager in the Oil and Gas Industry for 30 + years. As a licensed Structural and Architectural Engineer in Alaska he has become an Arctic Expert. Working the Fabrication yard for the GHX2 project he worked as the Loadout Engineer for multiple 5500 short ton modules. This knowledge gain put him on the path to pursue more of planning for VLM design projects. Working for several of the industry Engineering companies he has shown the value he can bring to a project to ensure it is successful on the delivery.

Our Story
Module Sealift Management LLC started in business in 2017 after key members have been engaged in the oil and gas industry for 40 years. During this tenure Engineering Design lead, the understanding that facilitating good communication between module delivery experts was a planning aspect that required an SME who could drive the conversation to land on the best solution for the project. MSMLLC has demonstrated this effective leadership for Very Large Modularization projects in Alaska and Internationally.
